• Important information

  • In the Captain's Suites and Penthouse, room service in terms of cleaning, changing towels, adding coffee, tea, water takes place daily. In the Superior and Premium suites room service is every 4 days.
  • Due to a change in legislation from 1.1.2020, if you wish to invoice your company, please provide us with your invoice details and VAT number in advance. Once an advance invoice has been issued without the details provided, it is not possible to change them on the final document.
  • The pools are open all year round, with the water heated to 29 degrees Celsius, but in autumn and winter the air temperature is similar to that outside.

A deposit payment of 50.00% of the reservation value via the online payment system is required to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellation at least 21 days before date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be transferred to a quota voucher to be used for the stay within 3 months of the cancellation. In case of cancellation less than 21 days before date of arrival or no-show on the day of arrival, the deposit is forfeited. The remaining amount of the reservation is payable on the spot.
